Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the NLotery Ticket Vault mobile application ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Description of Service
NLotery Ticket Vault is a personal lottery ticket management application that allows you to:
- Store and organize lottery tickets by photo or manual entry
- Track multiple lottery formats including SuperEnalotto, EuroJackpot, and custom lotteries
- Manually enter draw results and check tickets for matches
- View a visual draw calendar to track results and pending tickets
- Organize tickets with tags and collections
- View personal statistics on tickets played, checked, and winning
The App is designed as a personal archive tool and does not provide official lottery services, ticket purchasing, or prize redemption capabilities.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate information when entering ticket data
- Maintain the security of your device and any backup data
- Verify all lottery results through official lottery channels before claiming any prizes
- Not rely solely on the App for lottery result verification
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding lottery participation in your jurisdiction
Disclaimer of Lottery Services
IMPORTANT: NLotery Ticket Vault is NOT affiliated with any official lottery organization, government lottery commission, or lottery operator. The App is a personal organization tool only.
- We do not sell, distribute, or redeem lottery tickets
- We do not provide official lottery results - all results must be entered manually by you
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of any match calculations
- You must always verify results through official lottery channels
- We are not responsible for any missed prizes, incorrect data entry, or reliance on App information
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Data
All lottery ticket data, results, and preferences you enter into the App are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up your data regularly
- The accuracy of information you enter
- Maintaining the security of your device
We do not have access to your locally stored lottery data and cannot recover it if lost.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from your reliance on information provided by the App
- Any damages resulting from missed lottery prizes or incorrect result verification
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App's functionality
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party
Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NLotery Ticket Vault developed by SVIT FEIT regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
